Bulk Flip to Ship: Switch Multiple Pickup Orders to Shipping

Bulk Flip to Ship lets your team switch multiple pickup orders to shipping at once, without opening and updating each order individually.

This is useful when following up on unclaimed club pickups or closing a pickup location for the season. You can review addresses, apply shipping charges and process the selected orders together.

How it works

  1. In Admin > Orders, select the pickup orders you want to ship.

  2. Choose More Actions > Switch to Shipping.

  3. Review the shipping addresses and rates, making any updates needed. You can apply a flat shipping charge or use calculated rates.

  4. Select Process batch.

Addresses, payments and compliance

Corksy uses each customer’s primary address and charges shipping to the card saved on the order. Before processing, review the addresses and shipping charges for the selected orders.

If you use Sovos ShipCompliant or Avalara, compliance is rechecked for each order.

Review your results

Once processing is complete, review the results to see which orders need attention, including missing addresses or unsuccessful charges.

Orders that don’t pass compliance checks go to your Non-Compliant Orders queue for follow-up.

Eligible orders

Bulk Flip to Ship is available for pickup orders that haven’t been fulfilled, canceled or refunded.
