Manage Inventory by SKU
Navigate to the Products tab.
Open a product and view its variants or SKUs.
Set or adjust inventory quantities by SKU from within the product details.
This works well for businesses with a single location.
Set Up Locations
Go to Settings → Inventory Locations.
Click + Add Location and enter the Name, Address, and Phone number for each place where inventory is stored or sales occur (e.g., Warehouse, Tasting Room A, Tasting Room B).
Click Save.
Note: until you add locations, the address from your Store Information is the only location. Locations determine where inventory is deducted from.
Configure Fulfillment Rules
On the Inventory Locations page, go to the Fulfillment Rules section.
Assign the Pickup and Shipping location for each sales channel:
eCommerce
Wine Club
POS
Manual Orders
Click Save.
For example: eCommerce shipping orders deduct from Warehouse; pickup orders deduct from Tasting Room. For POS orders, Corksy uses the location tied to the POS login — if you’re logged in at Tasting Room A, that location’s inventory is updated.
Set Inventory Alerts
On the Inventory Locations page, go to the Inventory Settings section.
Set the Wine Club Minimum Quantity and Other Products Minimum Quantity.
An alert email is sent to your Store Contact Email whenever inventory drops below the minimum you set.
Make Products Available at Each POS Location
Important: Adding a location and setting up inventory for it is not enough on its own. Each product must also be individually marked as available at that location, or its screen will appear blank on the POS at that location — even though inventory has been set up correctly.
Open the product in the Products tab.
Under Available On, make sure the POS checkbox is checked.
In the location field below the POS checkbox, add each specific location where this product should be sold.
Click Save.
This is the most common reason a product doesn’t show up on a PAX device after switching to a new location — the location itself was set up correctly, but the product was never assigned to it.
