PrintNode lets Corksy POS send receipts to a receipt printer connected to a computer. Here’s how to set it up.
1. Install PrintNode
Download it from printnode.com/download.
Install it on the computer connected to your receipt printer.
Log in using the credentials and API key from Corksy (see “Getting your API key” below).
2. Connect your printer
Open the PrintNode app.
Go to Printers and select your printer (USB, WiFi, or network).
Once it’s detected, note the Printer ID.
3. Link it to Corksy POS
In Corksy POS, go to ☰ Menu → Settings → Printer Settings.
Choose PrintNode.
Enter your Printer ID and API key.
Run a test print.
If the printer doesn’t show up, restart the PrintNode app or reconnect the printer.
Getting your PrintNode API key
You can’t generate or view the PrintNode API key inside Corksy — it’s provided by our Hardware Support team. Email [email protected] and ask for your PrintNode credentials and API key. Save the API key, since you’ll need it in step 3.
