Steps:
Navigate to the Products page in your Corksy admin.
Click the trash icon on the product you wish to delete.
Click Yes to confirm.
Soft-deleted products
If a product has had previous sales, it will be soft-deleted. This means the product remains visible in order history, but you won’t be able to create a new product with the same name in the future (to avoid confusion and keep sales records accurate).
If a product was deleted by mistake, it can be restored within a month — however, duplicate product names are still not permitted. Once deleted, a product no longer appears on your screen but is retained in the system backend.
