Whether you're building a new product, or editing one that already exists, you'll need to add in the product’s inventory across all channels where you sell these bottles. We’ll walk you through how to do this!
The Step-By-Step
- Navigate to your Corksy site.
- Click into the ‘Products’ page.
- Click on the product you wish to input inventory information. In this example, we will be looking at the Phantom Chardonnay.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen. This is where you'll want to enter the total inventory available across all sales channels. (Meaning if you sell this product, in POS, online store, and in your wine club, you’ll want to know the inventory available across each channel.)
- To go a step further, you can look at the inventory by product location. Click “Inventory” on the left-hand side of the screen under products.
- Click the “Filter by Product/Sku” field and type in the product you want to view.
- Click on the number of Inventory to see the full breakdown in each location.
- Next, click edit inventory and change any information here. You can add any bottles to the quantity or subtract bottles too.
- Click “Save”
How to Set up the Inventory by Location
- At the bottom of your screen, Click ‘Settings’
- Click “Locations”
- Enable different locations and where you sell your bottles of wine.
