Examples - Customer Choice and Wine Maker Choice Packages

Looking to setup a wine club shipment but don't know where to start? Choose between our two setup options - Customer Choice and Wine Makers Choice - and easily fulfill wine club orders within your Corksy portal.

Example wine club order for a customer select package

Example: As a winery, I want to create a shipment for my 3-bottle tier club. I want to require customers to purchase 1 bottle of Chardonnay and allow the other 2 bottles to be the customer's choice. 

1. In the screen below, I require the customer 3 bottles to select 3 bottles for checkout.
2. Chose a future close date so that new members can still receive this shipment
   • Example: The package is open between 1/1/2023 and 4/1/2023 so new members can receive the shipment 
3. Create the order parameters
   • Create the default order 
   • Set the order the minimum quantity for the Chardonnay to 1 bottle
   • Maximum quantity - The maximum number of bottles a customer can purchase.
     • Do not put 0 if there is no maximum, this will make the product unshoppable
     • If you have no maximum, put 100+

Example wine club order for a Wine Makers Choice package

Example: As a winery, I want to create a shipment for my summer wine club release. I want to require customers to purchase 2 bottle of each of my new wines.

1. Chose a future close date so that new members can still receive this shipment
   • Example: The package is open between 1/1/2023 and 4/1/2023 so new members can receive the shipment
2. Create the order parameters
3. Orders will NOT be customizable. You can process and fulfill the order before the close date if desired.
