How to Create a New Brand Name

By adding different brand names to your products you can filter the products that are listed on your website. This will allow customers to navigate your webpage using the brand name filter along with providing greater insight into your business operations.

Adding a Brand Name

Steps:

1. Go to the ‘Products’ section of your Corksy site.
2. Click on the ‘Brands’ tab.
3. On the top left-hand side of your page click ‘+ Add brand’ to add a new brand.
4. Type in the name of the new brand name you’d like to add.
5. Click ‘Save’.

Assigning A Brand Name

Steps:

1. Go back to ‘Products’ in your navigation menu.
2. From the products page, click the ‘Edit’ button for the product that you would like to assign a brand name to.
3. Scroll down to the Specifications section of this page and click the ‘Brand name’
4. Click the brand name that you would like to assign to the product.
5. Finally, click ‘Save’ in the Status section of the webpage.
6. Return to your Corksy website and you should now be able to filter your products by Brand name.
