Skip a Member’s Wine Club Shipment

Follow the steps below to skip a member’s current wine club shipment while keeping them active for future packages.

1. Navigate to the Wine Club

  1. From your Corksy admin portal, go to the Clubs tab.

  2. Select the wine club the member is enrolled in.

  3. Click Actions or the eyeball icon to open the active package.

2. Locate the Member

  1. Use the search bar to find the member’s name.

  2. Select the box next to the member’s name.

3. Skip the Shipment

  1. Above the member list, click the Edit Package status button. It shows how many members you've ticked, for example 1 Selected - Edit Package status.

  2. Choose Set as Skip.

To undo a skip, tick the member again, click Edit Package status and choose Set as Open.

This action will skip the member’s current wine club package.
