Collections

Collections let you group products — seasonal releases, wine types, promotional sets — so customers can browse and filter them on your storefront.

Create a collection

1. Go to Products → Collections.

2. Click Add a New Collection.

3. Enter a name (e.g., “Red Wines” or “2024 Spring Wines”).

4. Add a description — this shows on your storefront, so include SEO-friendly words and phrases customers might search.

5. Add the products that should appear in the collection.

6. Click Save.

Assign products to a collection

You can also add a product to a collection from the product itself:

1. Go to Products, find the product, and click Edit.

2. Scroll to the collections field and select the collection(s).

3. Click Save.

Edit a collection

1. Go to Products → Collections and click the pencil icon on the collection.

2. Edit the name, description, or the products included.

3. Click Save.

Reorder collections & products

1. In the Collections view, click Reorder.

2. Drag and drop collections into your preferred order.

3. You can also reorder the products within a collection so featured items (e.g., newest wines) appear first.

Changes reflect automatically on your storefront.

Delete a collection

1. Go to Products → Collections and click the trash icon on the collection.

2. Confirm the deletion.
