Products > Inventory
Includes export buttons for Inventory and Inventory by Location Summary.
Reports > Inventory
Same export options available.
Export Inventory from Reports Tab
Navigate to Reports > Inventory:
Use the same two options:
Inventory Master Report
Inventory by Location Report
These exports match the functionality in Products > Inventory.
Export Options
Export Inventory (General):
Provides a summed total of inventory across all locations.
Example: If you have 156 bottles total across multiple locations, the export will show the combined count.
Export Inventory by Location Summary:
Provides a detailed breakdown by location.
Each SKU will display separate columns for each location's inventory.
Before exporting, you can select one or multiple locations:
Example:
All locations selected → Total = 156 bottles.
Only “Wedding Event” selected → Total = 120 bottles.
This allows for focused reports when reviewing specific events or tasting rooms.
Important Notes About Inventory Exports
Exports provide current inventory snapshots only.
Changing the date range in reports does not affect the export data:
Example: Setting the date filter to “Year to Date” will not show historical inventory levels.
Inventory exports reflect the real-time quantities as of the moment you click export.
There is no inventory change history or audit report. Corksy cannot show you what your inventory was on a past date, or what changed between two dates — every inventory export is a snapshot of right now.
If you need a point-in-time record for bookkeeping or year-end, export your inventory on a regular schedule (for example month-end) and keep the files. That builds the history going forward, though it can't recreate the past.
