How to Create a Wine Club

  1. From the Corksy Admin Portal → Clubs

  2. Select Create Club, configure the settings below, then click Save.

When you create your first club, Corksy automatically adds a Wine Club page to your website. You don't need to build one — though you can edit it like any other page.

Wine Club Overview

Club Settings

Enter:

  • Club Title

  • Short Description (Teaser)

  • Long Description

Use the long description to highlight member benefits, pricing details, and perks. These fields display on the signup page.

Club Details

Configure:

  • Frequency of Shipments Annually

  • When Shipments Are

  • Pricing or Price Range

  • Days Before Processing to Lock Customization

Frequency of Shipments

Enter how many times the club ships per year (e.g., 2, 3, 4).

When Shipments Are

Enter quarterly, monthly, specific months, or seasons.
This displays exactly as entered on the signup page.

Customization Window (Customer Choice Only)

The Days Before Processing field controls when customers can no longer edit their package.

Example:

  • Club processes on the 30th

  • You enter 7

  • Customization locks on the 23rd

If set to 0, members can customize until the processing date.

This applies only to Customer Choice clubs.

What happens at the lock date: members who haven't made their selections don't get skipped. The auto-pick default selections are applied on their behalf, and their package processes with those wines.

Customer Preference Questions (Optional)

You can enable customer preference questions on a club. These are asked at signup and let you capture a member's wine preferences, which is useful when you're building shipments for them.

This is optional — leave it off if you don't want to ask members anything at signup.

Club Shipping Rate (Optional)

You may set a flat shipping rate for this club tier.

This rate:

  • Applies only to this club

  • Applies only to club orders

  • Overrides standard shipping rates for club shipments
