Ecommerce Email Notifications - Admin

As a part of Corksy's services, we send a handful of email notifications to you and your customers, depending on different actions taken on the site. These email notification are automatic and does not require additional setup on your end. 

Please reference the list below to see the emails sent to the admin (your winery). At this time, these notifications are not customizable.

The notifications referenced in this article are specific to ecommerce orders.

Trigger: Send after the customer creates an account for the first time

Order processed - Shipping Orders

Trigger: Send after the winery closes and fulfills the order AKA card is charged. Do not send if the credit card fails. Do not send if shipcompliant fails. Send to the winery only from customers who choose shipping for orders.

Subject: You've received an order through Corksy!

Order fulfilled - Pickup Orders

Trigger: Send after the winery changes the fulfillment type from unfulfilled to fulfilled AKA the package was picked up in store. Send to the winery from customers who only choose pickup for orders.

Subject: You’ve fulfilled a pickup order through Corksy!

Trigger: Send after the winery changes the fulfillment type from unfulfilled to fulfilled AKA the tracking details have been entered into Corksy. Send to the winery from customers who only choose shipping for orders.
