Managing Reservations V2 Bookings: Find, Edit, Cancel and Refund

Last updated: October 1, 2026

Finding a reservation

Go to View All Reservations. Search by guest name, email or order number, and filter by date, experience, location, status or sales channel.

Each reservation shows:

  • Tickets, upsells, discounts, tax and total
  • Amount paid and the last four digits of the card
  • Experience, timeslot, location, sublocation and host
  • Booking channel (website, POS or admin)
  • Guest contact details, club status and lifetime value
  • Special requests, internal notes and edit history

Reservations don't show on the customer's profile in Corksy admin yet, and guests can't see their bookings in their online account yet either.

Apple Pay and Google Pay: the last four digits shown are for the digital wallet card number, which is different from the physical card. Keep this in mind when matching a payment with a guest or a dispute.

Looking for a booking made in the original Reservations tool (v1)? v1 bookings aren't moved into Reservations V2 automatically, so they won't appear in View All Reservations. The original tool stays available in your Corksy admin alongside Reservations V2 until January 1, 2027, and your v1 booking data stays viewable after that.

Editing a reservation

Staff can:

  • Add tickets or upsells
  • Change the timeslot
  • Apply or change a discount
  • Reassign the host or sublocation
  • Add internal notes

Every change is logged with who made it and when.

Cancelling

When you cancel a reservation you choose how to refund:

  • Full refund
  • Partial refund, as an amount or a percentage
  • No refund

Refunding part of a reservation

To refund part of a reservation (for example, an upsell that wasn't served) and keep the booking, open the reservation, choose Edit Reservation, and apply a flat discount for the amount you want to refund. The refund, with its tax, goes back to the guest's card.
