Order Types

Order types are system-specific. They are not editable — each one represents a system sales channel and describes where the order originated.

• E-commerce

  • Orders generated from the website directly

• Wine club

  • Orders generated in the club tool

• Manual Order

  • Orders generated inside the Admin Portal, not part of the club tool

• POS

  • Orders generated through the Point of Sale

Order types cannot be changed, as they represent the location where the order was created. To categorize orders across different sales channels (multiple POS locations, manual club orders, etc.), use Order Subtypes. See Order Subtypes.
