Reservations V2: Overview and Key Concepts

Reservations V2 lets you create and sell tastings, tours, dinners, concerts, workshops, private events and experiences with club member pricing from your Corksy website and POS. Guests pick a date, choose tickets, add extras and pay online. Your team can also book reservations for guests from the Corksy admin portal or the POS, run the day, check guests in, edit bookings and report on revenue, all inside Corksy.
Because Reservations V2 is built into Corksy, every booking is tied to a real customer record, their club membership and your product catalog. There is no separate reservation system to reconcile.
The building blocks

Tip: Create one experience with several ticket options (Adult, Child, Member) rather than separate experiences for each guest type. They share capacity automatically.
Where everything lives
Reservations V2 has five main areas in your Corksy admin:

If you have more than one location, use the location switcher to choose which location you are working in. Reservations, timeslots and blackouts are all scoped to the selected location.
Using the original Reservations tool?
The original Reservations tool (Reservations v1) stays available in your Corksy admin alongside Reservations V2 until January 1, 2027, and your v1 booking data stays viewable after that date. Bookings made in v1 aren't moved into Reservations V2 automatically. The Help Center articles for Reservations v1 still apply to it. The articles in this collection cover Reservations V2 only.
