Booking Timeslots in Reservations V2
Last updated: October 1, 2026
An Active experience needs timeslots before guests can book it. Timeslots set the dates, times and capacity.
If the experience has Online Store ticked, guests can book these times as soon as you save them, on any public page of your website that has the Reservations V2 widget. While you're testing, keep the widget on a page that's hidden from your navigation.
Create timeslots
- Go to Reservations > Booking Timeslots and click Create New Timeslot.
- Select the experience. (Only Active experiences appear here. If yours is missing, check that it isn't still in Draft.)
- Select the location and, optionally, a sublocation.
- Enter the date, start time, end time and capacity.
- Add more time rows if you want several times in one go, for example 11:00, 12:00, 1:00 and 2:00.
- Choose Recurring or One-time.
- Optionally assign a default host from your tour guides. Tour guides must be POS users switched on under Reservation Settings > Tour Guides.
- Check the live preview and any conflict warnings.
- Save.
If you see "Complete all fields" when saving, select a sublocation and try again.
Recurring vs one-time
Recurring is for your regular schedule. You can repeat daily, weekly or monthly, pick days of the week, and end the series on a date, after a number of occurrences, or never.
One-time is for special events: concerts, release parties, winemaker dinners, workshops.
Keep recurring schedules long enough. Guests can only book dates that have timeslots. If your series ends soon, your advance booking window is effectively cut short.
Conflict warnings
Corksy warns you when a new timeslot overlaps an existing one in the same sublocation. The builder also shows a guest-facing preview so you can see how availability will look online.
Changing or removing timeslots
- A timeslot can only be cancelled when it has no bookings. Move or cancel the reservations first.
- Deleted timeslots no longer show in Daily Reservations.
- To change capacity for a single day, use View Daily Reservations (see Running the Day: Reservations V2 Daily Reservations).
"Why does a time show as Sold Out?"
Check, in this order:
- Is the date outside the experience's advance booking window?
- Is the slot past the booking cutoff?
- Is there a blackout on that date?
- Is the slot at capacity?
