Wine Club Membership Data and Reporting

Last updated: October 1, 2026

Corksy doesn't have a dedicated "membership reports" section, but most common questions about your member list — who's active, who cancelled, when they joined, what state they're in — can be answered through Wine Clubs → Memberships and its export. This article covers the most frequently needed lookups.

Viewing Members by Status

By default, the Memberships list shows only Active members. To see members with other statuses:

  1. Go to Wine Clubs → Memberships.

  2. Click the Status filter and change it to All.

  3. The list will now show members with any status: Active, Paused, or Cancelled.

You can also filter to show only cancelled or only paused members using the same dropdown.

Membership Start Date and Cancellation Date

Both dates are available in the Memberships export:

  1. Go to Wine Clubs → Memberships.

  2. Filter by status as needed, then click Export.

  3. In the exported file:

    • Membership Start Date = the date the member joined the wine club.

    • Membership End Date = the date the membership was cancelled (only populated for cancelled members).

Note: These date fields are not visible in the Memberships list view — they only appear in the exported file.

Listing Members by State

There's no built-in "members by state" report, but the Memberships export includes state data:

  1. Go to Wine Clubs → Memberships and filter by club and/or status as needed.

  2. Click Export.

  3. In the exported file, sort or filter by the State or State Code column to group members by shipping state.

This is especially useful for compliance planning — knowing how many members ship to each state before running a club release.

Tracking First Allotment Recipients

There's no native "first allotment received" report in Corksy. The most reliable workaround is to use your Wine Club order history:

  1. Go to Reports → Sales → Sales by Order.

  2. Export the report and open it in Excel or Google Sheets.

  3. Filter the Order Type column to show only Wine Club orders.

  4. Sort by member and then by order date (ascending).

  5. Each member's earliest order in this filtered list is their first allotment.

Tip: If you want to tag new members for email marketing, you can import this list into Klaviyo or Mailchimp and create a "First Allotment Received" segment for targeted messaging.
