You can group products by brand to organize your catalog and let customers filter by brand on your website. As of 2026, the Brand field is available on every product type — not just wine — so you can use it across merchandise, food, accessories, and more.
Add a brand
Go to Products → Brands.
Click + Add Brand.
Enter the brand name.
Click Save.
Assign a brand to a product
Go to Products and click Edit on the product (any product type).
Scroll to the Specifications section and select the Brand name.
Click Save.
The Brand field is optional — products without a brand are unaffected.
Filter products by brand
Once products have brands assigned, you can filter your product listing by brand in both the Admin Portal and the POS, and customers can filter by brand on your website.
Edit a brand
Go to Products → Brands and click the pencil icon on the brand.
Update the name and click Save.
Delete a brand
Go to Products → Brands and click the trash icon on the brand.
Confirm the deletion.
