Bulk Printing: Labels, Packing Slips, and Invoices

How to bulk-print packing slips from the Orders list (including pickup and wine club orders, no labels required), bulk-print labels and packing slips via Bulk Fulfillment, print for a single order, and print invoices.

Overview

Corksy supports bulk printing of shipping labels and packing slips. There are two ways to bulk-print packing slips: directly from the Orders list — which works for pickup, club, and shipping orders and does not require buying shipping labels — or as part of the Bulk Fulfillment label-buying flow. Individual orders also have print options from the Actions menu.

Invoices are not included in bulk printing. Labels and packing slips can be printed in bulk; invoices are per-order only. See Printing invoices below.

Bulk-print packing slips from the Orders list

The fastest way to print many packing slips at once — including for pickup and wine club orders — is directly from the Orders list. You do not need to buy shipping labels first.

  1. Go to Orders.

  2. Filter the list to the batch you want — for example Date (e.g. Last 7 days), Payment status (Paid), Delivery type (Pickup), and Club.

  3. Select every order using the checkbox at the top left of the list (or tick individual orders).

  4. Click More options (⋯) and choose Print Packing Slips.

  5. Corksy builds a single combined PDF of all the selected packing slips, ready to print.

This works for pickup and wine club orders. They don't go through the shipping-label flow, but you can still bulk-print their packing slips from the Orders list — no need to open each order one at a time.

Bulk printing labels and packing slips (via Bulk Fulfillment)

If you're also buying carrier shipping labels, you can print labels and packing slips together as part of the bulk fulfillment workflow:

  1. Go to Orders → Bulk Fulfillment → Create Fulfillment.

  2. Filter orders by type, date, or fulfillment status to narrow your selection.

  3. Select the orders you want to fulfill.

  4. Choose Buy Labels via Integration (for carrier-integrated shipping):

    • Enter package details (weight, dimensions).

    • Choose shipping method and ship date.

    • Click Buy Labels → Confirm.

  5. Once labels are generated, use the options menu (three dots) to bulk print labels and packing slips.

Using a third-party fulfillment partner instead? Choose Export and Generate Shipping Labels Externally to download a file for your shipper, then return to mark orders as fulfilled once shipped.

Bulk fulfillment through UPS and FedEx is processed in batches of up to 30 shipments per request.

Printing labels and packing slips for a single order

  1. Go to Orders and find the order.

  2. Click Actions → Create carrier postage directly.

  3. Complete the label purchase (package type, service, date).

  4. After purchase, click the three-dot menu (⋯) to print the shipping label or packing slip.

Printing invoices

To print an invoice for an order, open the order from Orders and use the Actions menu, where you'll find the option to print or download the invoice. Invoices are the customer-facing document showing order details and payment — useful for wine club members, corporate orders, or any customer who requests documentation.

Two things to know about invoices:

  • Invoices can only be printed one order at a time. There is no way to bulk download invoices — including for a wine club package. If you need every invoice in a club run, each one has to be opened and downloaded individually.

  • Invoices are never emailed automatically. An invoice is generated on the order, but Corksy doesn't send it to the customer. If a customer asks for their invoice, someone needs to download it and send it to them.

Packing slips for pickup orders

Pickup orders don't go through the shipping-label flow, but you can still print their packing slips:

  • One order: open it from Orders and use the Actions menu.

  • Many at once: use Bulk-print packing slips from the Orders list above — filter to Pickup (and Club if applicable), select all, then More options (⋯) → Print Packing Slips.

Which document is which

  • Shipping labels — generated and printed through the carrier integration (Bulk Fulfillment or single-order Actions). Required before handing packages to a carrier.

  • Packing slips — printed in bulk from the Orders list (any order type, including pickup and club) or alongside labels in Bulk Fulfillment.

  • Invoices — the customer-facing record of order details and payment. Per-order only.

Tips

  • Printing packing slips for a large club pickup? Filter the Orders list to Pickup + Club, select all, then More options (⋯) → Print Packing Slips to get them all in one PDF.

  • Use filters to isolate just the orders you need — e.g. filter by date, delivery type, or status to keep the list clean.

  • For a wine club run, filter by club or package date to pull only that batch.

  • Labels bought through the integration are stored on the order — reprint from the three-dot menu if one is lost or damaged.
