Reservations V2 Reports and Revenue

Last updated: October 6, 2026

Where is my reservation revenue?

Reservation sales don't appear in the Orders list, in the Sales figure on your admin home page or in the Sales by Order report. To see reservation revenue, open Reservation Settings and scroll to the bottom to find the Reservation Summary and Reservation Details reports.

When reconciling bank deposits, use the reservation reports alongside your regular sales reports.

Reservation Summary

One row per reservation, for a quick overview: guest count, party size, check totals, walk-in status and booking status. Cancelled guests are not counted.

Reservation Details

A line-item report with individual tickets, add-ons, pricing, tax, lifetime value and booking status.

Deposits, card holds and balances due

Each reservation experience can be set to take no payment at booking, hold the guest's card, or collect a deposit. Both the Reservation Summary and Reservation Details reports show:

  • Paid total: what has been collected so far
  • Due amount: what is still owed on the reservation
  • Payment status of the reservation

Use these columns to see which bookings still have a balance to settle, for example after a deposit.

Filtering by date

Both reports can be filtered by date range. Use the date filter to choose between:

  • Event date: when the experience happens
  • Booked date: when the guest made the booking

Daily export

From View Daily Reservations, export a single day's list for your team (see Running the Day: Reservations V2 Daily Reservations).

Guest phone numbers aren't included in exports.
