Where to Export Products
Navigate to Products in your admin dashboard.
Click the Export button at the top right of the page.
What the Export Includes
The exported file will contain:
Product Name
SKU and Variant Names
Product Type
Product Status — whether each product is Active or Draft
Sales Channel Availability
Pricing and Tax Information
Inventory Details — including the current inventory level (quantity on hand)
Associated Collections and Tags
The export is a comprehensive snapshot of your current product data.
Finding Status and Inventory in the file
The product export does include each product's status and stock level, so you can use it to see which products are Active vs. Draft and how much inventory is on hand — no separate report needed.
Where to look: in the exported spreadsheet, Product Status (Active/Draft) is in column I and the inventory level is in column J. Column positions can shift if the export format changes, so if they don't line up exactly, look for the Status and Inventory column headers.
