This article answers the most common “which report shows …?” questions for orders and fulfillment. For general reporting tips (exports, time filters, sales by associate), see Reporting Tips.
How do I find unfulfilled orders?
Go to Reports → Sales by Order.
Set Fulfillment Status to Unfulfilled (and optionally add a date range).
Click Export (top right) to download an XLSX you can sort and filter.
The Fulfillment Status column appears in the Sales by Order and Sales by Order Edit reports (not every report), alongside Order Number and Order Date.
How do I find orders that are sold but not yet fulfilled / pending pickup?
Use the same Sales by Order report: set your date range and filter Fulfillment Status to Unfulfilled (paid, not yet shipped or picked up) or Partially fulfilled (some items still to fulfill).
Important: Sales reports are order-level — they show the order and its fulfillment status, but not the individual products/wines inside each order. To get the actual items, see the next section.
How do I see the actual products/wines inside unfulfilled orders?
Because the Sales reports don’t include line items, export from the Orders page instead:
Go to Orders.
Filter to Unfulfilled (and optionally by date).
Click Export to download a file that includes the order’s items.
Which report includes tracking numbers?
See Finding Tracking Numbers for Shipped Orders — the Sales By Order (Export by SKU) report includes tracking, and you can also find it on each order’s Fulfillment section.
Where is my shipping compliance report?
Go to Settings → Shipping & Tax Compliance — this is where your compliance provider (Avalara or SOVOS/ShipCompliant) is connected, and where compliance files/reports for excise taxes and shipments are generated. If you use a connected provider, some reports are also available directly in that provider’s portal after logging in. If shipments aren’t appearing, see ShipCompliant Sync Issues.
A note on inventory reports
Inventory exports (Reports → Inventory → Inventory Master Report or Inventory by Location Report) are current snapshots only — they reflect stock right now and don’t show historical inventory levels, even if you change the date range.
