Overview
Tracking numbers in Corksy are stored on individual orders — they are added when an order is fulfilled, either by manually entering a tracking number or by generating a carrier label (which auto-populates tracking).
Finding the Tracking Number for a Specific Order
Go to Admin Portal → Orders
Find and open the order
Scroll to the Fulfillment section of the order
The tracking number will be listed there if the order has been fulfilled
Finding Tracking Numbers via Report
The Sales By Order (Export by SKU) report includes both order numbers and tracking information. To find the tracking column:
Go to Admin Portal → Reports
Download the Sales By Order (Export by SKU) report
In the exported spreadsheet, look for the Tracking column by its header. Order numbers are in an Order Number column near the left of the file.
Find the column by its header, not by a fixed letter. The exact column position can shift as the report format changes, so locate Tracking by the header row rather than assuming a specific column letter. If you don't see tracking populated in the report and you need it urgently, use the per-order method above or contact support.
⚠️ Note: The tracking field in this report may contain additional text alongside the tracking number (carrier name, notes, etc.). You may need to parse or filter that column to extract the bare tracking number if you're uploading it elsewhere (e.g., to ShipCompliant).
Need a ShipCompliant (1011) format export?
If you need your tracking data mapped to the ShipCompliant 1011 upload format (order numbers, carrier, and tracking mapped to the 1011 template), Corksy support can generate that file for you on request.
Contact Corksy support with your winery name and the month or date range you need.
Our team maps your shipment data to the 1011 format and sends the file back to you.
Note: The 1011-format export is a manual file produced by the Corksy team — it isn't currently self-serve in the admin portal. If your ShipCompliant (SOVOS) integration is fully connected, tracking also syncs automatically (see below), and you can run reports directly in the ShipCompliant portal.
Browsing Tracking Numbers Without a Report
If you need to look up tracking numbers across a set of orders without using the report export:
Go to Admin Portal → Orders
Filter by Fulfillment Status: Fulfilled to show only shipped orders
Apply additional filters as needed (date range, state, wine club vs. eCommerce)
Open each relevant order to view its tracking number in the Fulfillment section
If You Use ShipCompliant (SOVOS)
If your winery uses ShipCompliant for compliance and your fulfillment location is properly configured in the SOVOS integration, tracking numbers sync to ShipCompliant automatically when orders are fulfilled. You can then run a shipment report directly in ShipCompliant for a clean, exportable list of order numbers and tracking numbers.
If tracking numbers are not appearing in ShipCompliant, see ShipCompliant Sync Issues: Orders & Tracking for troubleshooting steps.
