After finding the booking you would like to cancel, you can go to the actions button under the column with the same name and click on the button, here you'll select the option for Cancel
After clicking on Cancel, you'll see a pop up come up with the details and what refund would the customer receive based on the package.
In this case you'll see three options to cancel, no refund, partial refund and. cancellation fee, or cancel with full refund and no cancellation fee.
Once one of the two options are selected, the listing will show the booking as cancelled.
