In the Bookings section (formerly known as Wine Tasting), you can create repeating events (like daily tastings) or one-time events (like a concert at the tasting room), all within Corksy’s Admin Portal. The Bookings section has two areas:
Packages – where you set up what customers can book.
Current Bookings – where you view and manage the reservations customers have made.
In this section:
The Packages Page
The Packages page opens by default when you enter the Bookings section. This is where you set what types of bookings are available to customers.
Location within the main menu to access the Bookings section. There are two subsections; it opens automatically on the Packages page, where you set what type of bookings are available to customers. The second subsection, Current Bookings, shows all the reservations customers have made (covered below).
The Create Package button starts the creation of a package. Each package can have one event day with multiple entries (like a special tasting offered three times in a day), multi-date/single-time (happy hour, concerts, etc.), or multi-day/multi-time (like tastings). See Creating a Package.
Search bar – look for a package; it filters as you type based on the package name.
Column headers on the Packages page:

Time Period – the timeframe when the package was/is/will be available to acquire.
Available On – when the tickets are available to purchase.
