Created an event or reservation package but it isn’t showing on your site? Events publish automatically when everything below is in order. Check these in sequence.
1. Is the package Active?
Open the package under Events & Reservations and confirm its Status is Active, not Archived. Archived packages don’t appear on the site.
2. Did you finish and save the setup?
Make sure you completed and saved the full setup, including the Booking Settings step. A package that wasn’t saved all the way through won’t publish.
3. Is today within the package’s available window?
Check the package’s schedule and “available on” dates. If today’s date falls outside that window, the package won’t show yet (or will have stopped showing).
4. Is the events section visible on the page?
If the package is Active and current but still isn’t visible, the events/reservations section may be hidden on the page in your website editor. Open the editor and confirm the section or widget that lists events isn’t hidden, then republish the page.
