UPS Account Connection Instructions

How to create a UPS Developer app and connect your UPS account number, Client ID, and Client Secret to Corksy.

To connect your UPS account to Corksy, you’ll need your UPS account number, Client ID, and Client Secret from a UPS Developer account. Follow these steps to create the app and retrieve them.

  1. Go to the UPS Developer portal and click Create an Application.

  2. Log in to your existing UPS account or create one.

  3. Click Add Apps.

  4. For “Tell us about your API needs,” choose “I want to integrate UPS technology into my business” and select the account to associate with these credentials. Click Next.

  5. Fill in your Primary Contact information and click Continue.

  6. Add your App Details:

    • App Name: Corksy

    • Callback URL: your website URL (including https://)

  7. Add Products — add all of the following, then click Save: Authorization (OAuth), Address Validation, Locator, Rating, Time In Transit, Tracking, and Shipping.

  8. Accept the UPS terms & conditions.

  9. UPS will provide your Client ID and Client Secret.

  10. In Corksy, go to Settings → Shipping & Delivery → Connect account (UPS) → Integration type: New.

  11. Enter your UPS Account Number, Client ID, Client Secret, and Callback URL, then click Save.
