Connecting RedChirp to Corksy

Step-by-step instructions for connecting a RedChirp account to Corksy, including submitting credentials and entering the Organization ID.

Overview

RedChirp is a text messaging platform that integrates with Corksy to enable SMS communication with customers. Connecting the two requires submitting your Corksy credentials to RedChirp and then entering the Organization ID they provide back into your Corksy admin.

What You'll Need

  • Access to your Corksy Admin Portal

  • A RedChirp account

Steps to Connect

  1. Review the RedChirp integration guide.
    Start at RedChirp's integration page for Corksy: https://redchirp.com/corksy-integration/

  2. Submit your Corksy credentials to RedChirp.
    Use this secure form to provide your credentials:
    ​ https://app.redchirp.com/app/public/red-chirp-provide-secret/corksy

  3. Wait for your Organization ID.
    After submitting your credentials, RedChirp will send you an Organization ID. This typically takes a couple of business days.

  4. Enter the Organization ID in Corksy.
    Once you receive the Organization ID from RedChirp:

    1. Go to your Corksy Admin Portal.

    2. Navigate to Integrations and Apps → RedChirp.

    3. Enter the Organization ID and save.

Once the Organization ID is saved, the connection is complete and RedChirp will be active on your account.

If you haven't received your Organization ID within a few business days of submitting, contact RedChirp directly. If you've received the ID but are having trouble entering it in Corksy, reach out to Corksy Support.
